INCA ITALIA--International Short Film Festival is still open for submissions, with the final deadline set on March 5.

The Festival is held on May 5-10 in Benevento (southern Włochy). The Project is financed by INCA Italia and the Council of Europe, and is meant to promote international art and culture. It is organized by young people, who set their goals high--they want the festival to be a place where the European societies meet, and where differences and common values are explored.

Submissions are open in three categories:

Migrations
Interculturality and cultural diversity
A Social Topic

Maximum length is 10 min.
