June 10 KAN Festival goes on a tour of the beautiful monastery in Lubiąż to show some of the KAN laureates during Slot Art Festival.

It is for the second time that we will be guests to Podwodny Wrocław festival with our Special Screenings. June 11-13 can swims out into the sea of interdisciplinary waters.

Inside the eerie walls of Browar Mieszczański, we will meet with different arts and artists. There will be music, film, dance... amazing journeys.

Już May 25 and 26, in Vis a Vis club in Wrocław, we will be showing another selection of competition films from KAN 2001. This time, we will foucs on documentaries that have been well received by both the Jury, who has awarded three Golden KANewkas and two special distinctions, and the audience, who has given the Audience KANewka to Tomasz Wolski for The Lucky One's.

Just like last year, we will be guests of DKF PWr. with the best films, fresh from the last edition of KAN festival. May 5, we will show all the awarded films.

May 4 we will screen the laureates of the 2009 edition of the Festival. We will be showing films awarded in all three categories--feature film, documentary, and animated film.

It is less than a month till the 11^th edition of KAN Festival. We have been around for quite a while--it has been ten years (and a lot of films) since we started. Last year we celebrated an anniversary, and prepared a Grand Prix of the Decade competition as a part of the celebrations. The competition was quite popular with the audience--it was You who chose the films.

On March 30 and April 13, we will once more screen the films from the lucky ten. It is worth mentioning that the location of these two screenings will also be our Festival Club during this year's edition. It will be where we rest after a whole day in front of the screen, switch off, and switch on the music.

The films we will screen are all productions that received the Audience KANewka's in the past editions of the Festival, as well as two Golden KANewka laureates from the first editions, when there was no audience award. The full list:
