One of the biggest Polish Festivals of independent cinema now in Vilnius! The best of the Polish and international productions shown at the 9th edition of the Festival, KAN 2008, over 30 films will be screened on April 3rd and 4th, in Dom Kultury Polskiej in Vilnius.

Wrocław's amateur and independent film festival KAN will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2009. For years we have been the most important independent film festivals in Poland. Thanks to frequent collaborations with other Polish and foreign initiatives, we have come to be an international project recognized in the industry.

In Vilnus, KAN organized a two-day Special Screening, at which we will present films from all around the world (day one—Polish, day two—foreign). The selection will be composed of the best productions that were shown during the 9th edition of the Festival.
